Oceans XVII

North Shore, Oahu, Hawai'i

While on a trip in June 2014 I ended up on the North Shore of Oahu right around sunset time. The plan was to meet up with a friend and get some shots but as she was running late I was by myself as the sun descended. I've always been drawn to the way the sun dances off the water at low angles. This image to me captures that in between that one feels when seeing something that feels abstract even though it's very much the real world.

Metal

Oceans XVII print

New medium for a new age. Metal prints represent a new art medium for preserving photos by sublimating dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. Because the image is infused onto the surface and not on it your images will take on an almost magical luminescence. Truly stunning detail and resolution giving a 3D or HD appearance to the photo. Standard option is the "float" mount which hangs the images on the wall appearing to float on it's own.  Non-glare/satin is available upon request.

Giclée

Oceans XVII print

Printed directly onto museum quality canvas material using quality archival inks. The canvas print is then wrapped around a stretcher frame so that the photo's edges are visible on the sides of the frame at 1.5" depths.  A new classic option for a different and unique feel to dislpay your artwork.
