Waterfall’s-a-plenty! (Princeville)
Come explore the multitude of flowing water in and around the Princeville area. From the distant falls of Namolokama to the often overlooked highway falls and not forgetting the intimate cascades along the hiking trails there is plenty to explore.
Art Town - A hybrid first exploring old town Hanapepe then finishing at the exciting coastline!
Ocean Meets Rock (Secrets) - Sunrise or sunset, any time of year, this 2+ mile stretch of beach and rock will always impress with endless compositions.
Simply Sunrise (Moloa’a) - A hidden gem, sunrise here can be explosive with plenty to play with.
Simply Sunset North (Ke’e/Princeville) - Depending on time of year and conditions both locations can offer exquisite views with the elusive green flash sometimes making an appearance!
Simply Sunset West (Salt Pond/Polihale*) - Similar to the north shore, year round sunset views, with an overnight option for the Polihale tour and a killer one at that!
Hanalei Tour - Historic Hanalei Valley. From the Princeville overlook to the reflective taro fields to the old church capture ‘classic’ Kauai!
Mark Twain* (Waimea Canyon) - The “Grand Canyon of the Pacific” as it was coined is a true masterpiece. Breathtaking views of green canyons against red rock and epic hikes leave plenty to explore. Multi-day available
Sierra Club I** (Hanakapai with Falls option) - The first stop down the fabled Na Pali coast, Hanakapai beach and the further Falls offer a taste of Kauai’s interior. Overnight option available
Sierra Club II*** (Kalalau Valley) - THE trail. One of the premier hikes in the country the Kalalau Trail winds 11 miles down the Na Pali coast finishing at one of the most remote places in the United States. Only experienced hikers; minimum 2 days, 3 recommended.
All that these tours require is you and your camera! Suggested gear includes: headlamp/flashlight, tripod, circular polarizer, cable release.
Be prepared for all kinds of Kauai weather, bring shoes that can get wet/muddy/sandy and water/food (if not included in tour)
